Our Agreement with You (our "terms"):

Because each JFD creation is made by hand and every skin and dye lot is unique, please allow for slight variances in color and placement of stamping on handbags and accessories. These handcrafted beauties are meant to be loved and cherished for their unique qualities and differences!

Similarly, vases, mezuzahs, sculptures, and other hand-made, one-of-kind items are affected by the process of creation, the artist's hand, and natural variations in materials.

At JFD, we make custom work to order, which can mean that it may take up to four weeks from the date we receive your order until your item arrives at your door. Usually the wait will be less than two weeks, but we would rather you are happily surprised with an early delivery! We work carefully and meticulously to add the love and magic that makes it a Julie Feldman Design … it’s well worth the wait!

Please know, every item that is made to orderis carefully inspected before shipping; however, in the unlikely instance that an item arrives with a flaw or damage, as opposed to a uniquity of the luxurious skins and lovely linings, please notify us by email (juliefeldmandesigns@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery so that we can repair or exchange your purchase for the same item or merchandise of equal value at no charge to you.
